I’m Franco Santoni. Born and raised in Venezuela, tattooing has taken me through different cities, studios, guest spots and ships — trabajando, viajando y conociendo gente en el camino.

I work in black & grey and color, and I don’t really like putting myself inside one specific style. Realism, illustrative work, traditional, fantasy… si la idea está buena, vamos a hacer algo que valga la pena.

I like tattoos with strong composition, contrast and character. Que funcione bien en el cuerpo, que tenga personalidad y que siga viéndose bien con el tiempo.

I’m Venezuelan wherever I go, but tattooing has made the world feel a little smaller.
